Trouble sleeping

I've been sleeping late during the summer holidays, and now my body clock's all in a mess. Anyone know of a good way to induce sleep so that I can sleep and wake up at the right time again? (:

Hi, There is an over the counter pill you can buy. It is called Melatonin, I use it. My doctor suggested I try it. It is all natural and very safe, check it out.

The key is to get up at the right time and not to worry about going to bed. Your body will soon tell you when it wants sleep! Keep off the pills if you can - they only delay things, not cure the problem. Now getting up at the right time will need a lot of self discipline as your bed will seem to be the very best place to be when you are still sleepy, but you must do it. When you are back in rythem then it will be easier to wake each morning.

Hey there (: Thanks for replying guys. Sounds like it's time for my god-awful alarm clock :3 I'll give it a try, smacksman (: I'm always eager to try out the natural way first, on account of not wanting to do hell to my liver. If that doesn't work, then I guess I shall go and buy counter-pills from the store after all! (:

You can try some over the counter pills to make you sleep at night or stay up the whole 24 hours and not sleep until 10 or 11 at night. It's hard for me to set my clock back too since I was such a night owl over the summer.
