RAGGING is so unlimited that it should be banned. So many students have discontinued their studies. so it should be punishable and banned. what is your openion regarding this issue ?

its a very bad deed one can ever try on freshers. first of al the nervous to start their college life coming to a new place but when people starts making fun and if this fun cant be tolerated then its said to be ragging which is an inhuman factor.i agree that ragging should be banned and the culprit students should be punished too.
