the hamburger press. I don't know why I have never tried it before. I always buy my hamburger meat in the big rolls and usually bag the rest after I open it....but I hate touching meat...so this helps me out soooo much as I bag it and press them into the perfect size burger.
Do you use this neat little thing?

I love using mine too. I have the one that makes the larger burgers. I have a littler one too, but I find the meat shrinks sometimes while it's cooking, so the larger sized one works better. They really are handy! I like making some up and freezing them between wax paper for quick meals when I don't really feel like cooking. It's nice having them all come out a uniform size and that perfect shape!

You might wanna check those numbers on the meat package cause I never realized there was such a difference until I switched to the 80/? something kind (I buy it by the roll so it's clearly marked) it's a little pricier but when it cooks it actually is more meat than fat so there is more hamburger left.
I use freezer paper in between mine also. I love a good grilled burger just had some yesterday Yeah!

Yep we use it when I can find all the pieces *LOL* the kids take off with stuff & I've found a portion in their toy box atleast once *sigh*

How funny. yeah I have some of my stuff diasappear from the cupboards but I don't have kids LOL It's the rubbermaid fairy I call it. Kinda like the socks in the wash.
