If your not so excited about the H1n1 vaccine shot here's could be an alternative.
Men Fitness magazine reported:
[b]Vitamin supplements may help HIV-positive people live longer, the American
Journal of Epidemiology reports. Researcher's who tracked 281 HIV-positive men
for eight years found 40 percent fewer deaths among those who took five milligrams
of vitamin B1, B2(6.3 milligrams) and four milligrams of B6 daily. [/b]
Beta carotene and niacin supplementation were also associated with survival increases.
But PLEASE KEEP IN MIND:
Vitamin D improves calcium absorption (feed those bones from osteoporosis Now!)
Iron absorption is increased when Vitamin C is readily available (fresh fruits!)
Amino acids (aka "Protein chaperones", increase overall assimilation [absorption, vitamins getting to where they need to get, making proteins]
--try Apple Cider Vinegar from whole food stores(its 2.70 for bottle)
--egg whites (& soy protein isolates) the most 'complete protein' (contains
all amino acids in balanced amounts)

If you want to strengthen your immunity--quit all the compulsive hand washing and hand sanitizing!! I won't say that vitamins are not the answer, but people are compromising their immune systems by protecting themselves from any exposure to dirt and germs. They're doing it to their children, too. Their immunity systems are useless, have no antibodies to fight anything with because it's never challenged.

that's why so many people get SICK in hospitals, they got super viruses run rampant in there from all those antimicrobial/bacterial cleaners
