My husband and I have been looking into google adsense. You have to have a website though.
How do you build a website? Can you do this for free?
My husband and I have no idea what we are doing when it comes to anything other than surfing, posting, or e-mails.
What kinds of things do you put on a website?
Please help.

Not necessary to have website, you can choose blog as well. Maybe you can get a free blog from blogger.com. It is very easy to use, you just need to write something you like. Once you get familiar with the blog, then you might think to build your own website or get your own domain name and hosting

well bmuchler,
everyone would love to have a site like, however you might want to plan your site. Like blog or site selling stuff or having information that people would like to have. it would be a more simple task to say which site to choose.

well i think the best thing to do will be to get a linux hosting and then install joomla. it is a free open source content management package which is wonderful. it is easy to use and you can have a very good website where you can place the content through back end of joomla which is very easy

Hey,
Well to actually build up a website from scratch is quite hard, and can take a lot of time especially if you are a newbie. Either go with Joomla for a Content Management System (CMS) or Blogger, they are both good. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!
