Grey Roadkill Cat: upclose and personal (and very disgusting)

Earlier yesterday, on August 27, 2009, I was on my way to my doctor thinking that I had an appointment today, but I stopped a bit too early and had to walk to the medical facility, and to get a new prescription of my medicine that I was about to run out of. However, I stopped to my disgust to see, and i'm not making this up, a purplish-grey cat that's been run over by a car, and it was a completely f***ed up sight to behold. It was on the lower part of the sidewalk just near it. Poor cat had its brains splattered a bit, its guts and intestines were completely white, and it smelled horribly. Completely nasty. I didn't feel like puking, not in that hot weather, and not in front of drivers everywhere, but it was nasty to see nontheless, and since i'm still a cat lover, I was in utter disbelief as I continued my way to the doc. ::shudders::
