Which computer today is considered as the best configuration PC?

today is the time of computers...and there is no limit dor it's configurations...but i have some configurations.. that is....500 GB hard disk.. and 4 GB of RAM...wifi connectivity, DVD Writer..Bluetooth connectivity, LCD 21 inch Monitor, Iball Multimedia Keyboard..and 5 in 1 good quality speakers....and many mire things..
