Are You Stimulating More Than One Ecconomy?

Canada

My husband and I had a rather interesting chat the other night about money. He brings in his money from the United Staties (SSI, VA Benefits) and I bring in my money from Canada (Ontario Disability Support Program), and we both make money on line, mostly from the United States. For a while we lived together in Arizona, then we lived apart when I had to go back to Canada, and he had to finish working before he retired, and now we live together in Canada, where we plan to stay. When I was in the USA, I pumped all kinds of money into the American ecconomy, and from up here I still do, with a lot of the stuff that I buy on line. Living here now, he pumps loads of money into the Canadian ecconomy, but also has things that he gets from the States. Also, it was said that Canadian President Stephen Harper wants the CAD to stay just below the USD so that Americans, finding things cheaper up here, will continue to come up here to spend money, thus stimulating the Canadian ecconomy. So are you stimulating more than one eccomony? If so, which ones, and how?

We just stimulate one economy, the USA.

I really only buy in the US but, most of our products are made overseas it's pretty hard to find products that are actually made in the US. I suppose that I am stimulating a lot of different economies when I buy products here since they aren't made here

I only stimulate the economy here in the US at this time, but I have been to 12 counties in my life. I say that if you are doing better in Canada than you would be in the US, more power to you! Go where you feel you can be the most prosperous and enjoy life!

No, unfortunately I am only sort of stimulating one economy, the USA one. And I'm not stimulating it all that much either since my SSI all goes to pay rent with only $45 left over for medicine co pays and necessities. That's why I love to try to earn money online so I can buy myself some fun things, like books and DVD's and small gifts for my family. I would love to stimulate the economy more, believe me!! LOL

My husband and I both work seven days per week here in the United States. We mainly buy all of our prducts here too. We hardly ever have the opportunity to spend it elsewhere. I guess we mainly support our own country because of it.

I guess I am stimulating alot of countries, while not spending much at all... I kind of figure that our gov't here in the states is doing enough stimulating in the taxpayers name, it don't need my help! Although, I have to say.... doesn't seem to be doing much good!
