Aren't They Purrrrrrrr-fect?:)

Canada

I ordered my new checks (or cheques as we spell it in Canada) tonight, and here is the blank template I ordered. Aren't they adorable? I had the plain green ones last time, but I decided to go for these ones. I was almost out of cheques anyway, and needed a new set, so I ordered these ones.

My American husband thinks our English spelling is pretty cool too. It's really neat, the differences in spelling and pronounciation sometimes. No letter "Zee" in the Canadian alphabet, for example. It's the letter "Zed." haha

some I like, some I don't, I guess if it goes toward the French way of spelling I pretty much don't care for it, tho I do rather like the "ou" in things like color/colour and humor/humour.

Oh, those are cute!!! If you can find a blank template on your bank's website, I'd LOVE to see those. I love my bank. I was able to save the preview, so I wouldn't have to post a picture of my cheque with all the info on it. LOL

My Frog Checks - I love frogs so much that I even have frog checks LOL
I was looking and found this one, there's 4 different checks. The info of course is something that was on the site that I ordered my checks from, IT IS NOT REAL (just thought I better add that so no dummies try to do check fraud with the picture)

Answering from e mail, I shall guess they are cats. I go with just a monogram usually on my checks. I would have a hard time choosing from all of the cute ones I have seen. It is a tough choice.

How adorable! On the discussions from my interests page picture, they looked like a butterfly! Precious kittens! I've thought about ordering checks like that myself. I haven't actually ordered any checks (I'm still using the complimentary checks they give at the bank) and now will be waiting until after my fiance and I are married so I can put his name on my account, and change my name on my account!

That is such a beautiful last name, and such a sweetie to feel complimented even at being called as such. Some men, I can only assume, would be offended rather then feel complimented. I also understand that you are keeping your namesake to give respect to your family, and maybe (not sure if I got this part right) because you are the last of the Christensen's? I am not proud of my namesake, though I would take my fiance's last name even if I were because I enjoy the romanticism of the idea of his last name as well.. It's all heart...

They sure do! I have never seen a personalized check/cheque like yours and I wish I could have the same instead of the ones issued by my bank. Okay, so if I will have my checks personalized what designs would I pick? Hmm..thinking, thinking..a panda, white tiger, or penguins as they are my favorite animals in the world. Or maybe with musical notes. Hmm..interesting indeed. Thanks for sharing.

Oh they are so cute!! I love these types of checks and I order them too through different companies that I like but mostly through Current. Current has a few animal designs that I like including cats and dogs...... why of course!! LOL

That is so cute. I never seen anything like that on a cheque before. But then again I don't even know how to write one.

Aww too cute! I gave up ordering special cheques - the last three times i did they came and they werent the ones i picked anyways so rather than being disappointed I've just been going with their default yellow and green ones.
