Yes this photo shows my maple tree leaves already turning red. Fall isn't for about 3 weeks and they are getting red too early for me. I am not ready to start raking etc just yet. I haven't been to the State Fair or RenFest yet. Hahaha! Are your trees leaves turning colors and falling yet? HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB!!~

We have a yard full of leaves but still have many leaves on the trees here. I think they are so confused this year. We had a couple of days that were a little bit cooler and I think they thought it was fall but little did they know that we would be back to upper 90's again. hahaha

I think we may have had 6 or so days at 90 or hotter only here in Minnesota. It's been great this week with mid 70's for highs and mid 50's for lows. Goping to be in the low 80's this weekend. I am going to the Renassiance Fair all day Saturday and the Minnesota State Fair all day Sunday. So the warmth and sunshine will be great for me. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB!!~

Ever think about renting a blower..(laughing) Just kidding...yeah my husband was telling me this just yesterday...I believe it's the lack of rain, causing the turn. Plus it has been getting colder earlier. We have had ran for the last two days and things around here has perked up again..So I guess it just depends on where you live Bob. Hahaha I don't know about you but I kind of like this weather not to hot nor too cold.

I have 2 leaf blowers actually. I watered every chance I could so it's not the lack of rain. Here in Minnesota I feel it is the abunmdance of sunshine we've had this summer actually. But this tree looks awesome once the leaves have changed so I am looking forward to the beauty of that anyhow. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB!!~

No, not really. I have to say everything in nature is even more pretty now than it was in the spring. This is the best time of year for one who loves nature and lives in my area. The trees, bushes, and flowers practically preen in this kind of weather. Not too hot, and definitely not cold at all.

Too hot for me. A sunny mid 70's day is perfect. 50's at night is great as well. I am waiting for the snow and frigid temps of Minnesota to arrive as well. Ugghh! HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB!!~

Well so far here, everything is still green and the leaves haven't started falling yet, we've got alot of rain this summer so I imagine that's why everything is still green. We're starting to get cooler weather tho and I like that.

Hey Grandpa Bob! Oh no! It's way to early for Fall! It feels like we just finished that awful winter! Where did the Summer go? I don't even feel like we had a Summer! This was the fastest Summer I can ever remember! Is it just me or did it just whiz by in a flash? I know that the Winter lasted way too long, but the leaves can't possibly be turning already! I just can't think about another Winter like we had last year! I am so sad to see this Summer be over! I have to check the trees now and see if there is any hint of the leaves changing colors yet! I sure hope not! But, the temps have already gotten much cooler especially at night which is too soon for them to have dropped too!

Our leaves have not started to turn colors yet but we have had alot of rain this summer. There are starting to fall though. We had a short summer this year too and it will be time to close the pool up also.

Yes, the leaves are changing and falling here as well. Really wish I had the money to get a leave net for the pool so the leaves don't all end up in it like they usually do.

I have 2 trees in the back garden and one outside the front against my fence. At the moment none of the leaves have changed colour or started to drop, but they when they do , which will probably be in october, i will be raking them up everyday. we have lots of trees in our road. We live in a cul de sac and as we are in the corner at the bottom of a gradual slope, all the leaves end up in our front drive, more sweeping , i'm afraid.

Yes even here in Italy autumn is early this year. July was very cool and wet compared to other years and even though we had scorching weather in August it is now over. Temperatures have taken a big dive and last week I noticed the trees. I overlook a park and one day when opening the windows I stopped and was taken aback by the colours, It is so early to see these changes even though they are so beautiful. I love the autumn because of the way Mother Nature plays her magic tricks and changes the scenery for us all to see. As I said I am next to a park therefore when they fall those leaves will be taken care of by council workers and I will not have to clean any of them up. What usually happens is that once they have almost all fallen the wind rises and blows them all to one end of the park, as though it was trying to lend a hand Then the snow will not be far off... what a thought!

Yes, our trees here in Ohio are turning! We had the second coolest July on record and the past couple of weeks temps have varied from the 40's to the 60's at night! I hope we are not in for a worse than usual winter. I enjoy all seasons but I remember hard winters as a child and it's not something I would choose to go through this year!

It froze here back in the second week of august and we've had a bunch of trees slowly turning yellow and red and orange since then. My sister got married on the 8th of Sept 2 years ago and the colours were beautiful. Its too early earlier this year but...it sure seems different to go to other places and still see green!

Nope! Not yet. A beautiful day today -- sunny, warm but not too warm.
