Do you work for self actualization or money?

Now,my work is abundant with some target that I have to accomplish. I feel that doing a lot of things make my skill improved. I wonder with my friends who work the same thing like I do, before they do their task they always ask about the commission for doing the task. Honestly, I am not naive by saying that I do the job but I don't need money. Sure, I need money by doing the job but I think the joy and pleasure for doing the job as a self actualization is the most important. Because by doing the job happily, we can earn much...much appreciation more that the money itself. What do you think?

You have a very positive attitude. But I cannot deny that money what makes everything attractive and that's why people are willing to do anything to have more money. Like me, no matter how hard I work, my salary will be the same, but some one told me about responsibility of my towards my job. I have to be responsible because the money I earn is because I work, and if I don;t work and yet still getting salary, that show that I am not responsible person. happy Mylotting

well, I am trying to although sometimes I think like you. The rewards also play important role in motivating employee to work well.
