Any members from Getafreelancer.. How to get a project there?

Hi,
I am thinking of writing articles or getafreelancer. How can we get a project there? Should be bid for a project? I mean do we need to pay money for the project.. Any senior members there? How does it work? Is it worth investing there? How is the payment done???

I think that site is one that you bid on jobs. there are a few sites like get a freelancer and most of them are jobs that you bid on. I think there are some good sites out there and you need to practice bidding on the jobs that you are interested in.

I am a member to this site and this is a genuine one so first thing to be happy about. You should see which project interests you then you bid on the project, you give your small sort of application, then you wait till the person accepts you to do his job, let me tell you that this can take long too, but they do pay you for sure, they paid me too several times. You do not need to invest at all. So this is good infact. They pay you by either check or in your paypal, I have chosen my paypal though.
