Do you READ before you POST comments?

I don't get this and this applies to every forum on every social networking site. Why is it that people respond to things without thoroughly going through the original post? Then they respond incoherently and say something that can be very sarcastic or something that isn't very nice - WHEN THEY HAVEN'T TAKEN THE TIME TO READ THE ORIGINAL POST! For example, and this is just an example: Original Post: I believe in hard work to earn money Then someone responds with: "Sorry to burst your bubble but there is no way you can earn money without hard work" Okay, obviously this person misread the original post, right? Then so goes a little more sarcasm about how you should work hard when you already know that. If you don't have anything nice to say, hold your tongue. I just got a bit irritated by a similar incident. I think it's a bit on the callous side to do such. Okay, this is a free forum and at least no profanities, right? But I must admit, I did get a bit ticked off.

I read every discussion before posting my comments to understand what the maker of the discussion means. Then, I read all the entries, analyze, think and write my responses.

I read the post your referring to, I think your taking this to seriously. I've been here a long time and your going to find that here. It's just people being people, it's not a prefect world by any means and you've got to roll with the punches. Don't get me wrong I was kinda of like you when I first started here. But I've guess I've grown to accept this as part of the deal! tdemex

Hey! Thanks for responding. You're right, I probably shouldnt have reacted the way I did. I think I'm having a bit of a down day since it's been a long one. That, plus I received some news from work that is going to add to the workload but Im coping. Yes, this is part of the deal. Some days I can deal with it, other days, it gets to me because a peeve of mine would have to be rude and inconsiderate people. Lucky I get to vent here. I dont get to vent where I work hehe.
