Nope, I haven't really noticed any weather changes good or bad. I like to say the weather around here is pretty much the same in the Summer time. I had experienced a short one week heat wave in the Summer. I do notice more snow in the Winter time now than before.

that's the main change here - slightly more extreme seasons, hotter summers and colder winters. still plenty of rain though.

Hi jb, each year the changes here become more pronounced as both spring and autumn become shorter to allow more time for summer and winter. I predict a two season only pattern within the next decade. After suffering intolerabe heat and humidity for several months, the prolonged humidity definitel being new, it stopped overnight and went cold, no cooling down period at all. Time to dig some clothes out again.

One has been known to exist in a bikini for the last several months, at the house as well as on the beach, but clothes have been worn when clothing has been necessary. I would never turn up at the cafenion in a bikini even though it may actually be the dearest wish of the patrons there.

Yes... Our weather has been crazy this year. We had a mild winter, very rainy spring and a cool summer. August is usually our hottest month and it only got over 90 degrees a couple of times, when on a normal August the temperature hangs close to 100 degrees. I don't know what to expect this winter, it only snowed a small amount last winter and we usually get three or four deep snows. I guess we better start paying attention to the scientist who have been talking about "global warming" for some time! The politicians paid no attention so we just kept on contaminating OUR earth.

You've got it right, it's the oil barons and coal barons who are destroying and contaminating the air we breath and the climate that we live in. Those of wealth have pulled the rug over the public's eyes for years just to line their pockets and count their gold like "Midas" of old. Someone mentioned that fact that after it rains, their car is dirty. Guess where that dirt comes from... out of the atmosphere... the air that we breath.

environmental crisis vs industry pressure? i suppose it isn't really that surprising that governments seem to go for the latter.

hi jb well I am here in the US in California where its dry and overly warm for September,no changes at all darn it, and rain what the heck is that stuff. oh water coming down from the sky, its been so long since it rained we forget the stuff even exists, and next month October is the worst fire time ever as its so much drier than ever.' if it starts then it will be very very bad. I hope they just dont happen but ever fall some idiot thinks its fun to start a fire deliberately.

There's no way I couldn't notice it. My mom owns rubber estates. We depend on good weather to generate good income. If it's raining too much like happen lately, there's no way our income will flow in flawlessly. Apart from that, my car tend to be so dirty after go through rain. What will happen if the rain pour everyday. I can wash it but it will look the same after that.

i can never understand why rain makes cars dirty - you'd expect it to make them cleaner.
