Do need a Miracle right now?...

I was watching a segment in a local tv program about Father (Saint) Pio... a Capuchin priest from Italy who suffered the stigmata... as was said to work miracles even now that he is dead... well among the miracles featured in the show was a blind man who got his sight back... a boy cured from suffering kamikaze disease... and a couple who asked for a baby boy...
This made me think... what miracle do i need right now in my life?... and after a long hard thought... i can't think of anything... none of my family members are seriously ill... we are not wealthy but we get by everyday... and even if i want to have another child... i can't because my husband is working abroad... and i don't think wanting to win the lottery can qualify as a miracle... my life is not perfect... but i am quite happy that i don't need a miracle in my life right now...
How about?... do you need a miracle?...

Miracles do happen.. and yes i need one.. bad.. I am too content and happy in my life right now.. but it doesnt mean that it is easy... i am the person that people say " wow when it rains it pours huh" yes i have been through umbrella after umbrella in my life and it is time for a carport.. LOL
Right now today the first 3 hours i was awake.. my husband woke up to work on one of our cars.. my van inspection and registration runs out in 6 days, i have to renew my license in 4 days, we dont get another paycheck for two weeks, we have at least 1000 dollars in repairs between both vehicles, our furnace broke last night, our bed was busted when we woke up this morning, he had to pick his buddy up early for work, my daughter had a ate start at school and i ust realized that we were on our last diaper.. So in between rushing around to fix the dog some fresh food and water, pack my husbands lunch get an 8 year old ready for school and diaper and dress as set of 21 month old very active twins, we had to find time in the last 15 minutes before he had to leave for work , to get gas, diapers and get myself dressed along with picking up his friend for work. so he dropped me off at the family dollar and wen to the gas station across the street for gas, as i was walking out of the store to cross that parking lot to where he was i heard a crash, i saw him staning beside my van with his hands on his head in complete disgust with himself.. OH JOY an accident.. thank go no one was hurt! Well now he is on strike 3 at work for being tardy, we are at risk of not being able to ever repair that van!! he may lose his license due to not having insurance When you dont need it in new hampshore...
Last october he hurt himself at wrok and wasnt at work long enought o collect short term disabilty he was out of work from the beginning of october to january with NO PAY we had it rough
The year before he has back sugery and his short term disabilty barely covered our mortage payment... i gave birth to the twins 2 days after his surgery so i wasnt working either...
MIRACLE OH PLEASE DONT LET THIS YEAR BE A REPEAT OF THE LAST TWO!!! LOL

I badly need a miracle today!
In my day to day activity I really need a miracle from God. Even to the smallest thing I pray for miracles. Miracles for me is not just about parting the red sea and other sort of things.
My faith still is intact! That is my miracle. I have a problem but thank God, I am still surviving.

So it seems like surviving everyday is a miracle to you... and that in a way is a good thing... makes us strengthen our faith in God more... but in my case... miracles are something extraordinary... which i don't think i need in my life right now...

Wow... i wonder what it would feel like to be able to roll on lots and lots of money... i bet it would just be the same as rolling on an empty floor... money is not everything... and i am glad you thought of miracles for others and not just for yourself...
Thanks for the response...

Every day is a miracle to me. Right now I don't need anything, but when I do somehow just what I need seems to fall in place just when I need it. To me, life is like finding the one shady parking space open in front of the mall. I believe in miracles.

I also saw that feature about Saint Pio in the television last night.I was really moved by the feature especially the one where the image of the ultrasound of the baby Julius Babao and Christine Bersola was very much similar to the image in the church where Saint Pio's remains will be moved.
But for miracles, I do believe in them. But at present, I do not need a miracle. Being alive and experiencing joy life has been offering me is more than enough for me. What I really want is to have more strength and courage to face the challenges life may give me today and in the near future.

I don't think I need a miracle, either. Although we're both in different positions, it sounds like we have the same outlook on life: things are perfect, but we can manage. Let's leave the miracles for the unfortunate people who are actually desperate for one, huh?

I agree... we have to leave the miracles to those people who really need them... though there are still some who are not content with what they have... i remember watching a tv personality here in my country... she is actually waiting for a miracle from the Child Jesus (Santo Nino) to give her a yatch... and i don't think that would/should count...
Thanks for the response...

sometimes i do feel the need for a miracle when i see so much suffering in the mankind around me.personally,i would not wish for more money, though we are not rolling in money,i am happy with what i have!
