Why is it that if you have someone come round or you are on the telephone the children always make noise as well as argue. Then when you are doing things there is always an argument that you have to stop.

It's simply because they like to express their point of view. =) They want their words to be heard, and they try their best to do that. We were a kid once and I believe we know exactly how does it feel when we speak our mind out. =)

Because they don't know any better. Arguments are good and healthy. Just play along. They will learn sooner or later. Never let them win or they will hold over your head for the rest of your days1! Realy! Life is short and kids think they know all the answers. Atleast until they are about 25 or so.

They want to be the center of attention. They want to make sure they are still important to you while you are doing something else, they want to be heard!

It's natural for them to fight a lot. They seek attention and love to make noise. That's what make them adorable (or give us headache sometimes) I don't tell them to stop as it will never work. I'll solve whatever I am doing before punish both of them (or more) by asking them to clean up the mess and do some chores. They'll patch up after that. Children are easy for that kind of thing.

yes the reason is because they are children and they dont know what will create a problem for others.
they only care about fun. they dont know what is good and bad in many cases and you will have to take care of them.YOu can make them clear with love that which is the bad thing they must not do
