Me, I do rely my breakfast on instant food. Instant oatmeal, vegetable salad, noodles and coffee. Sometimes I skip breakfast, so usually I don't have much trouble thinking what to eat.
What is your favorite instant food? Do you usually eat instant food?

I seldom eat instant food as I believe those will not have a high nutritional content. I am a rice lover also and luckily my husband loves to cook and he do not want me to leave for work with empty stomach. The downside of it though is that I keep on gaining weight especially after I gave birth to my daughter. Will go on diet soon but do not know where to start though...

Yeah, you're right, instant food don't provide enough nutrition that we really need, but it's better than nothing at all. I'm also a rice when I was a kid but since I start traveling and live abroad. I have to learned to eat whatever that's available, and rice was kinda rare.
Rice has a lot of sugar, so you must at least minimized your rice intake if you want to lose weight. Anyway it's great that your husband take good care of you and prepared food for you every morning, it's not bad though that he make sure you eat before going to work.
There's a lot of way to lose weight, you just need courage and determination.

Yeah, it's not really healthy to rely on instant food, but it's the most convenient way to feed our self.LOL Especially when you have to get up early in the morning, and prepared everything all by your self, and aside from that most of time we don't like eating heavy meals in the morning.
Oh, how long you it gonna take to prepare your Greek coffee? I do used instant coffee.
Anyways thank you for sharing with us and enjoy your day!

It's good that you live with your mom, so there's someone who could prepare food for you. That's what I'd love living with a mother. But since I move in and have my own, no one would cook and prepared food for me and asked me to eat, so I sometimes I skip breakfast and eat just little and of course rely on instant food.
Thank you for sharing with us and have a great day!

Hello Janebeth,
Yeah, you're right, we should rather take a heavy breakfast since it's the most important meal of the day. Well, since most of the time I'm on hurry, so I don't have enough time to prepared and eat heavy breakfast, but during on 10:00am break that's the time that I totally eat a lot, a sort of brunch.
Thank you for sharing with us and enjoy your day!

Only instant coffee or instant tea. I cook rice and egg or fish for breakfast. I don't know if hotdogs or ham is considered instant. Then there's canned sardines or tuna and you just heat it up and delicious with rice for breakfast now that's instant
Then I eat instant oatmeal not for breakfast but for lunch. I have already given up instant noodles.

I´m afraid my breakfast usually is a cup or two of instant coffee with a bit of milk. When I´m hungry I eat a piece of bread with either butter, jam, cheese or ham.
But that is not often. My main food intake is at lunch time except when I have guests for diner or I´m invited to dine out.

I will own boiled egg noodles, as well as sausages, as well as a large glass of milk. Breakfast is the day the most important. All must not be careless. Occasionally, time-critical, I will eat bread, biscuits, these are not nutritious, I rarely eat.

Me also. I usually have instant 3in1 coffee in the morning as well as instant noodles or cup noodles. When I'm not in the mood to cook for my lunch or dinner I usually just open a can of corned beef or tuna.
