What you do keep up your Fitness?
jogging, cycling, Gym or any other thing?

i prefer walking a lot than any other means.i walk minimum 5 kms. a day
walking keeps you fit.
it makes all the joints of legs work hard.
in the old age it it the knee joint which pains.

I take my daughter to the park every day. We walk there from home and walk around the track a few times. We also go to my husbands PT (physical training) and participate. I love to get her out and let her see the world. Plus it is a lot cheaper than walking around the mall since I tend to spend money there.

i like walking and riding my bike around. they're both fun and easy to do! but when the weather's nice, i also like to go to the park and play. anything goes, basketball, tennis, the swings. also, i like to do calisthenics. thats the best at home, especially when i'm watching television. no equipment required.
