HCL H505 printer driver

Hi friends I want a HCL h505 printer driver. Can anyone tell me if I can download it from internet. I use windows Xp OS and I saw somewhere on the net that there is no need for drivers for windows XP. It sounded absurd to me. But is it true?
Anyway please help me in this matter.
