I have used body "scrubs" that contain sugar, and its works wonderfully well. For even softer skin, mix that brown sugar and some olive oil into a paste. Not only does it slough off dry skin but leaves your skin soft as a baby's with the oil included :) These days, I am fond of using body scrubs once a week, and the rest of the time, I wash with a loofah sponge and a moisturizing body wash. Right after a bath or shower, I will apply baby oil in the summer time, or a heavier skin lotion in the colder months. Sunscreen is also a good habit to develop. Karen

Hi there Amyson! I haven't tried that. It sounds good s I might give it a try. Well, what I do is the three basic steps every night before I sleep. Cleanse, tone and moisturize. I use pond's facial wash, then PT white toner from Avon, and Ponds facial moisturizer.

My wife do it once every month I think. She have ask me to rub them at her back and other areas she can't reach several times already. Don't know if it really works, but she seems satisfied with it.
