Do you describe the images that your are uploding?

We are allowed here to upload the appropriate images in our discussions and responses. While doing so, do you make the clear descriptions about the images? Are you spending time to select the relevant images to the discussions or responses? Because we are able to lot of images in each interests without any relationship with the response or discussions. Most of the members are just uploading some images and here we are able to see many photos of cine actress. How are they relating such images to the discussions? OK...Have you ever tried to view the description of the images uploaded by the other members in any of the discussions? Or is this feature is becoming useless?

I am not regular for uploading images with discussions. Sometime I planned to add the image but just forgot at the time of posting. I think I added only two images that also I added when commenting back and the reason is I forgot to add when posting discussion. It is very necessary to give description about the images. I tried my best to give good description. I am visiting the images if anybody added with their discussion and sometimes dropping comments too. Till I haven’t noticed any inappropriate images.

You are having the good habit of making some comments to the images also.I have tried for that many time. But after reading them I used to forget to do so. Some members are posting some good images even with good description. But they don't have any relationship with the particular discussion or response.If the start the relevant discussions at least for such good images, it will be better. But I have not added any images while responding to the discussions so far. Thanks for your participation in this discussion.

well first things first congrats for being on red 9 star and just at 265 responses that very impressive. and about uploading pictures i like never upload pictures just because i have so many pictures that i take of me and my friends on my deskstop and i don't need anymore pictures on my computer. and if i did upload a picture i feel like i would be wasting my time. i think i have only uploaded one maybe even to pictures to mylot when i first joined. and of course i described them i was new and i was afraid if i didn't i wouldn't get credit for uploading the picture in the first place. oh and then i don't even think they really counted because you can't upload pictures on here and get credit/change for them if you don't have 500 replys.

I hardly ever upload images to Mylot but today I uploaded two that were showing the fall colours on the trees out front of our house. And yes I did put a description and keywords.
The images were very relevant as they were uploaded in a response to a couple of discussions about Autumn colours.

I have also uploaded many images. But I they all are very relevant to the discussion or response and also I used to make the description at least in two or three lines about the images.Else there will not be any use in that. But it seems no one is looking after the images while reading the responses or discussions. Only in rare cases, some members are viewing the images and descriptions.If there are some rules for the upload of images than we are having now, it will be better.Thanks for the response.

I need to describe about the image, before I upload it, otherwise, it will not be possible to upload the same. I agree that some of the members load images which are directly related to the discussion, but we cannot do anything about it.

It seems that we have to make the clear descriptions before uploading the images. Otherwise, it will not succeed because myLot have make a rule about it.
From where I stand, I must upload an appropriate image in a new discussion or a response if I just rember it. But I will forget it almost all the time. Yes, I am so carelessly sometimes.
I have tried to watch the description of the images uploaded by others in the discussions, but it seems useless and to be unable to get it.

Yes.Most of the images are like that only. How are the cine actress are coming into the discussion in the form of images? God only knows...I think ,if we make one or few words in the description box, we can upload the image.That's why most of the pictures are being uploaded.Thanks for your response to this discussion.
