sun bathing

Is there anything special about sun bathing?.For Asian girl especially in Malaysia sun bathing is not our culture.I'm just curious.Is sun bathing good for skin health or just for relaxing body and mind.I hope good explainantion from European girl or American girl.

and too much skin exposure of the sun can cause cancer of the skin

actually nah good for the skin...people like white do sunbathing to let there skin turn tan....but actually they only burn there skin....of course asian dont do sunbathing coz mostly asians are already tan.....
