Backstory. how did Phyliss hook up with Danny?

Phyllis had a thing for Danny and convince him that Daniel was his baby when he actually wasn't. So Danny and Cricket broke up and Phyllis and Danny got married. By the time Danny learned that Daniel wasn't his biological child, he already considered himself to be his father. Because of some bad things Phyllis had done when she and Danny broke up, Danny was able to get custody of Daniel even though he was not his biological father and Phyllis was his biological mother. Danny took Daniel away for many years althought he put him in a boarding school in Europe eventually. When Daniel came back it took some time for Phyllis to win him over.

I think Danny was on one of his singing tours and met Phyliss who wanted Danny. Supposely they got drunk and Phyliss and Danny were together. She followed him to Genoa City and stocked him for awhile then told Danny that she was pregnant and it was his baby. It is hard to say who is Daniel father but it will probably wind up it is someone in Genoa City.

In the usual way...LOL That was a LONG LONG time ago....and so its a bit fuzzy to me too but Danny was dating Christine aka Cricket if you remember her...and i cant remember exactly how it happened but i do remember there was a LOT of sneaky stuff on Phyllises part going on and Phyllis ended up with Danny...I think but am not sure that it went something like Phyllis slept with Danny when he was drunk...Cricket found out and dumped him...and Phyllis of course ended up pregnant...I dont remember if Phyllis and Danny lived together at that point or not but if thy did it was very brief and Danny never did care for her...Then Phyllis ended up with Jack, Michael Baldwin raped Cricket and ended up in prison, and Danny Romilatti left for I dont remember where never to return. After Michael Baldwin got out of prison he somehow convinced cricket to become partners with him in a law firm and of course as they worked together she fell in love with him....I dont remember exactly how that one ended but that is sure a far cry from the Michael Baldwin of today isnt it??
