How to improve Iron content in our body?

Hi mylotters as you know human body requires hemoglobin and for this body should have good Iron content. What are the food items we should use to increase Iron content in our body? Because it has many benefits like good mamory, strong stamina etc. Please share your thoughts on it. Thanks

to improve your iron content you need to eat a lot of meat, expecially horse meat. If you don't eat enaugh meat you can become ill. I eat a lot of meat everyday so i've never had problems connected with a low quantity of iron in the blood. Do i can't say if a good quantity of ironcan improve memory or make more benefits. Just eat a lot of meat :) and spinach! don't forget tomatoes!

When I was young I was tired all the time my mom took me to the Dr. and he said I was Anemic ( it's called Anemia ) or what they called back then tired blood. It's a low iron count, he had me eat liver every other day for a week and it got to the OK! level! I still like liver and onions with mashed potatoes and peas or corn and a biscuit now-a-days! Also there's a liquid product called "Geritol" that is made for this! tdemex
