Nasty water from the faucet

It might be the water system's problem, and it probably different from county to county. A couple of co - workers complained about how intolerable of their water from the tap, especially the toilet water. It caused a dirty ring on the toilet. For me, I am ok with the water in my home, and I don't see any dirty particle from it. It is drinkable. I think they should report this problem to their country water system to get this problem solved. Probably the water didn't go through the filter properly. If you are living in the states, do you have this type of problem with your water at home?

I don't have this kind of problem in my home. If I did I would call the city water department. If that got me no where I would then call the local news station. Maybe that would light a fire under the water department if it made the news!

Maybe that would work, but my co - worker would more than unlikely to make a big fuss of it. The ultimate answer they wanted just to solve this problem instantly. Hey, we are paying for the big bills for those water we used, and they should deliver the quality of product to our homes, right?
