do you know physiotherapy?

mylotters.. physiotherapy is one of medical profession. Do you know more about physiotherapy or physical therapy?

Yes..Physiotherapy is a medical treatment without medicines but with excercises..both as you normaly do your own and with some special equipments..like heating Pads,Radiations ..and some machines as in Gym.. This therapy is basically for treating pain in part of the body, which occured of due to some illness ..like, frozen shoulder, joint pains , back / enck pain or pain after some accidents The person should be a qualified one to suggest or do the physiotherapy..Actually, there are degree / diploma courses availbale nowadays a Colleges / Institutes / Universities to train a phsiotherapists.. Nowaday..this therapy is getting popupar all over world and people are trying this alternate therapy to avoid medicines as they have side effects.

My eldest sister is PT and I've been treated in rehab for almost six years. I know things they do but not in medical terms.

Yes I'm interested in her profession. In fact when she took that course it was same time I went to rehab until she graduated and took her board exam and pass it. In short I only lack in formal education to understand it more. And everything the respondent say below is true.
