How to handle a staff?

What will you do or how will you handle a staff if you are being scolded by your boss because of the mistake that he/she did?

Hey exact I can't say. But never behave in a manner with your staff that you don't want to yourself also. Yes I know how bosses behave. Be firm with your staff but at the same don't make them feel that you can't do anything.
