Would you choose an average life or would you choose something else?

Let's just say fiction came to real life and you meet up with a 'higher being', didn't say it was God neither said it was Satan, let's just say he is someone in the middle.
Then he gives you two choices on how your life would be from this moment on, the choices are:
a.) To live an average life (no chance of getting poor, neither is a chance of being rich), it'll be average forever.
b.) You will have a 50% probability of having a very good life (riches, happiness, and perfection) and a 50% probability of having the worst life (insecurity, financial problems, marital tensions, and all the bad luck a person could have). The probability will be determined by a 'toss coin' procedure.
As a note to the options above, there will be no going back once the decision has been made. Similarly, should the 'toss coin' be a 'good life' regardless what you'll do, it'll be good. On the other hand, should the 'toss coin' result in the bad life (worst life) regardless what you do, it'll be the worst possible outcome.
So, what would you choose? I dare your imagination and your capability of deciding. Let's not talk about religious stuff here, just plain old Thinking.

Im not sure what every thinks to be normal but really i think i need some the crazyness that goes on around me i think that what we've done somewhat effects who we are probably a great deal even. but of course everytime some B/S goes down we wish it wasnt happening to us but how about what we did to rise above it and what we could possibly teach others because of it. yea lets get crazy.............

well,i would like to choose average life with neither rich or poor,if i got i choose an option like this is easy simply go for average and do the enjoying as there is no risk of getting poor or in any trouble, i like playing simple than way normal,and i dont like the idea of coin tossing be my fate in life,i choose my own path in fact i make them.just a plain old myself with a great imagination.

of course we want to be wealthy and secure but i think being rich is riskier so i will choose the one in the average life since i do not want to be famous i just be contented to what i have and i i am happy to live in simple life so i will go and continue it.but a am a dreamer so i guess i will try too to become wealthy enough at least for one day as my wish but i still want to live in average life.being on the top is difficult and also in the lower so i will go in the middle.
