She must be wrong. I mean, if she says an ELEPHANT is bigger than the MOON, then we are all screwed because there are a whole bunch of elephants on Earth. So an elephant cannot be the biggest. The only way the elephant can be bigger is if the elephant is not really an elephant, it is something else, and the moon is not really the moon, but something smaller . . .

Hm, depends on perspective, Wm. If it is a thing one can see only with the naked eye here from earth, then it would appear that elephant would be the correct answer. If one were able to actually "stand" in person on any of these things, then it would be the moon, of course. It's all about perspective

I think the question is straight forward. The answer should be moon.If the question what is the largest in this planet an elephant should be the answer.

This is a joke that has been floating around the internet. It didn't happen. This is the work of someone with a good graphics software and a devious imagination. See Snopes.com: http://search.atomz.com/search/?sp-q=who+wants+to+be+a+millionaire&x=32&y=18&sp-a=00062d45-sp00000000&sp-advanced=1&sp-p=all&sp-w-control=1&sp-w=alike&sp-date-range=-1&sp-x=any&sp-c=100&sp-m=1&sp-s=0 The question, however, makes for a fun discussion.
