What is your inner power? Do you know it?

Yes, being able to influence and pursuade people is an inner power. I have that power and it served me well when I was responsible for keeping a couple of thousand computers in multiple academic locations up and running, with the support staff the instructors needed on hand. I had a staff of over 40 and most of them would work when and where I asked them to because they liked me and the team atmosphere I created in our department. I'm also good at intimidating others. Where did this come from? It came from being the oldest child in a family of four kids with two working parents who left me in charge. I wasn't allowed to beat them up so I had to find other ways to get them to behave and do what they were supposed to do.

riani2009 I have a bit of inner power but its more a physic thing that I can focus my inner energy on someone and wish them to do something. but I do not often use it as I do not understand it 'enough to know how to control it. I would only want good to happen. I can concentrate enough to make someone do little things like pick up an item or get up off a chair but not the important things one should use this kind on inner power for.
