fail and succeed

Everyone must face to failure and success. In your opinion, what is the the best way to face them when one fails or succeeds. you know, one never stand up after one failure and one may be so conceited when he become successful. if you fail in something, what will you do? And if you succeed, what kind of action or behaviour is suitable in public? Thank you for your response!!

IF you go for practical, no body likes to be failed ever. i am also not an exception. but there are number of ways which can make you able to fight with the state. i think you must see for those people who got succeeded after number of same kind of failures. simply they have set the example and you can follow the path.
