It has come to my attention that some people forget to separate tags with commas resulting in huge keyphrases that don't do any good for the amount of responses you'll potentially receive. Just a heads up from me. Good luck with mylotting!

well it has come to my attention that that is really nitpicking as tags have nothing at all to do with earnings in any way. I will tag as I see fit.if anyone does not like it fine, as long as mylot thinks it is okay, that is all I care about. if I want to use one word, or two words, or a phrase there is no rule against i t, and why waste a discussion picking on us who tag something.

I know there is no rule, but isn't it true that tagging has effect on the amount of responses you get? It was merely an advice as people seem to forget to use commas when separating words or keyphrases, I didn't want to annoy anyone or something.

Yes, I notice the same thing. If I open topic discussion and did not tag it, sometimes people's tag afre really mind boggling and out of nowhere. Why you bother tagging a discussion if it's not properly tagged to the topic? Better to leave the tag column blank and skip the tag page.

I have met such a situation too. It is really necessary to add tags to the discussion correctly. As you have said above, some people forget to separate tags with commas, which results in huge keyphrases that don't do any good for the amount of responses. Usually, the tags are very helpful when people try to find some old discussions. For example, when I am ready to start a new discussion, firstly I will use the search tool on myLot to find that whether there are some similar sidcussions that have been posted. But more and more people forget to add tags or separate tags with commas, it is obvious that it is useless when people try to search and find some similar results. It is simple to separate tags with commas and I think all people can do it well once they pay some attention to them.
