How could mylot be improved?

I was wondering as we are really close to 200,000 members on mylot.com that if you have any ideas on how we can improve the site to make more people join you should post them here as these ideas could actually be used on mylot.
I had an idea on people to use the search engine on mylot and if you are randomly chosen for searching with the mylot search engine you could win yourself maybe 50 cents or even higher than that.
What are your ideas on how to imporve mylot?

I think there should be some sort of referral prize or a jackpot, paid out to random members for being active, on the eve of 200k members!
