Do you think that man actually did land on the moon in 1969 or was it a glorified huge hoax?
I must admit that at the time I really did believe what I was seeing 100% but now a lot of doubts are creeping in. There are a lot of things like the shadows etc that do not make sense. But why lie?
What do you think?

I sincerely hope this isn't a "drive by" posting and that you plan on comming back and responding in it a bit. there is much that can be put to rest in a few responses on this issue.
I think the preponderence of evidence points to the notion that we did in fact go to the moon. Virtually every thing moon hoax believers have put up as "evidence" has been solidly debunked and explained. I'm pretty convinced. It would have been much easier to just go to the moon than to fake going to the moon.
Indidentaly, what is it about the shadows you find so wrong? Do you believe they should look different than they do? If so, how do you believe they should look?

Ah you say about faking but compare that with Santa coming down the chimney lol. I cannot remember now what exactly it was about the shadows but it was something in conjunction with the sun on that day and the shadows were either too long or too short.
Mind you although I am in England I have been to Cape Kennedy Space Centre and was very impressed with it.

I did a little looking in to the shadow issue. It apparently centers around the direction of the shadows, many say they seem to go the wrong way. the moon is not a flat surface, it is pretty uneven terain. Look at a shadow on uneven terrain sometime and watch how it falls...it "bends" it a bit and several objects, even objects near each other, can have shadows that appear to fall in different directions.
You can demonstrate this to your self by taking a large piece of white paper, crinkling it it up a lot and placing several objects on it, then shining a flash light on the items from a some what low angle.

also, out there somewhere, is a video of an astronaut (I forget which one) where he has a camera running and he pans around a complete 360 degree circle, and low and behold, in all 360 degrees, is moon...no studion, no lights and studio equipment..just moon.
Here, this is one of the best sites I have found that explains nearly every issue moon hoax perporters have put out. I know the guy who runs it from another forum I participate in. He's an engineer and a photographer. Have a look

i don't know, i've seen so much programs on the tv that says that man never lend on the moon, it was only a big cinematographinc scene, to send on the tv show to deceive people, and to deceive russian people that the american reached the moon before them. But i don't know the truth, only a few people now if that was only an enormous bluff or a real landing on the moon. I hope for the second one.

I must admit I agree with you there and hope that it was a real landing on the moon and not just a big hoax.

I've heard all the theories and reasoning behind it being a hoax and some of them are very convincing. With our government's history of lies and cover-ups I would believe that it was a hoax but you would think that one of the astronauts would have blown the whistle by now. Then there was the whole thing about splash-down in the ocean, where did the capsule come from? Some astronomer somewhere must have seen the landing if it happened but a quick search of the net doesn't seem to verify this.

After all these years you would think one of them had written a book saying if it was true or not wouldnt you.

I definitely argue, that until now to the present still nobody able to step on the moon. However, other people still believe in 1969 there was a person who landed on the moon. But if you had study science then there you can prove that nobody can ever lived on the moon.

Ohhh, there are people who actually don't believe that Neil Armstrong did not land on the moon. They say that he was just in a studio and he was just acting when he landed in the moon. So why do it you ask? Hmm, I believe during the 1960's, there was a cold war between the US and USSR. They were trying to outdo each other with their technology. Remember that Yuri Gagarin was the first man in outer space, I think. So, in order to match Russia, US landed the first man in the moon. If that was true...

If it was all a lie, it would be the biggest hoax in history, requiring a lot of people to pretend and keep their mouth shut forever. Do you really think that is realistic? Get real, yes it really did happen. One of humankind's greatest achievements. Just think of how much benefit it has brought us.
