Hello mrnischalgurung this is checkmail and according to me the Science is an boon for the humanbeings.Yeah our today is possible because fo science and its advancement.Well everything have two effect, its upto us whether to use it for good or bad.Well if a technology is efficiently used with proper protective measure there won't be any pollution. Now also time has not gone, we still could curb the pollution problem with the help of science and humans.Even the nuclear energy is used for good reasons, but some are aiming it for the bad of mankind. But in the end its the humans whhich makes science a BOON or Curse ?

But its all because of science, people are killing each other, terrorism has come to a very high level. The earth is degrading everyday and we dunno any disaster may take place and human existence may come into an end. Its also because of science humans have become very dominant on earth being merciless and ruthless on other creatures . . .

Science has definitely made strides in improving our life and that is what we have understood it as but I wonder if we would have been happier if we had only a fig leaf to cover us and live life with gay abandon. We do not have data to debate this issue as at the end of the day what crops up is 'what if.......?'

science is harmless by itself it depends on the humans on how they use it. It's true that science had been a great contributor why people had come up with many ways to terminate each other but it also provided us with so many strategies to save one another from viruses and other threats. Without science you won't be enjoying mylot today

this is a very old arguable question
everything has his losses as well as benefits
if science and technology would not have developed
we wont have been able to discuss here and get knowledge
we would have been the frog in the pond
but in the same way it has spoiled our culture too i want to add this dimension also into your discussion as you are talking about old things only
internet has surely affect our culture and moral values too

This questions doesn't have right or wrong answers. It depends on which angle you're looking at. If you looking at science on the development of the humankind, you would probably think science is a priceless boon, but if you look at science as the destructive way, like science has done so many harm to the humans by developing biological weapon and chemical warfare, then science would be a curse
