Zen Vegetarian Cooking

I am a vegetarian and I want to know the Zen Vegetarian Cooking style. I have heard that in Zen Veg Cooking style they use natural and organic foods. Can anyone give me more input on this?

I'm very interested in hearing more about this as well, I have no idea what Zen cooking is all about, but it sounds interesting :)
