This morning, I was chatting with my Mom on the phone, and her being of an advanced age, she has "to go" frequently, and it has become an ongoing family joke. Well, this morning, she was in rare form, she bursts out in song..."on The Throne again! I can't wait to be back on the throne again".....ala Willie Nelson's "on the road again" Modifying lyrics has become somewhat of a hobby for us, some situations go from tension filled to complete hysterical laughter in just seconds, with the right tune and words. some all time favorites are: - "Thick Spouse" to the tune of Brick House (Commodores) - "Black dog" to the tune of Black Bird (Beatles) - "this pooch was made for walking" to nancy sinatras "boots" - "Don't let your son/mom go down on me" Classic Elton John tune I could go on ad nauseum, but I want to hear some lyric modifications from YOU! sing me a song, pwease

Oh I do that sort of stuff on the fly all the time. Drives my family nuts. Make it up as I go along and see how far I can get into the song before I blow it! fun stuff... la la la la la

Oh geez - LMAO your family sounds like a riot. About the only thing off the top of my head was when the kids were potty training and I'd sing pee me a river (moon river) to get them to start thinking they needed to head to the bathroom.
