i have been watching several advertisements on the TV recently where some people do claim that a mixture of fruit juice extracts can actually help someone regain the belly muscles in just 7 days, it is very hard to believe that a human being can survive only on fruit juice for 7 days

I have never been one for fad diets though I have dieted all my life because I saw what happened to people I know. There is no diet that makes you regain or gain muscle, only exercise can do that. Now when detoxing with medical guidance to prevent dangerous situations it is possible to have a very limited diet, since there are less calories being ingested people will loose some weight and remove the bloated feel around their stomach giving the illusion of increased muscle tone. The only way to loose weight effectively is to eat healthily and have an exercise routine shaped for you.

You can survive but is it healthy? That is the question, most of those juice diets are only suppossed to be done for 48 hours. It is not good to deprive the body of certain nutrients for any certain amount of time. Not to mention the minute you begin eating normally the weight will come back so you will have deprivd yourself for a week for nothing essentially.

Fruit juice is loaded with sugar. I wouldn't think this would work. Just plain old sit ups and crunches would do a better job in my opinion! Good luck!
