How often have you been driving down the road and noticed a poor dog or cat just lying on the road or street? It makes you wonder why the animal's owner doesn't pick it up and properly bury it or dispose of it.

I get very upset. People that let their animals roam around, should not have them, in my opinion. They are every bit a family member as a human. They should be cared for.
