blown up quads

hi guys! i been down for few days now, i think i blown-up my quads, i push myself to the limit, i did 250lbs. leg press 6 negative ss with leg extension, it's been 3days now and i can't berely walk, i increase my glutamine and hydro-whey intake for fast recovery...
