A toothbrush is such a usefulpiece of kit isn't it? ...for so much more than just cleaning teeth.
Limescale round the taps
scrubbing the "U" bend
cleaning under the nails of people who are a bit too frail for a nailbrush
streaking hair colours in
brushing dolls' hair
cleaning in all manner of nooks and crannies (no, not there, silly!)
splatter painting & stippling
what interesting uses have you found for items in your house?

You can use them for cleaning teeth???
I've discovered that the cardboard tube that's left over from the garbage bag roll is fantastic for ferret armour! They're very form fitting for the ferret and when you throw grapes at 'em, they just bounce straight off!
A word of advice if I could though please Wizzy? Don't EVER try to use a broom handle as a remote control for the TV, it's not only hard work, but the brush part unbalances the whole process and you can never get the channel you want.
Shame on all you panda spankers for leaving this one hanging for a day too!

Oh yeah.... and, if someone upsets you, you can use THEIR toothbrush for...well, I'll leave that to your creative thoughts
I did do a temporary repair to a leaky bay window with a 'moppet', a piece of string and a margarine tub.... Better get off and find myself a ferret and a bag of grapes I think.

Well, those lovely little bathing gloves are great for cleaning the hard to reach places too. The little ridges in the shower for the soap to sit and such, for example. When its time to replace those mits I use the old ones to clean.
Also, those inexpensive, "one size fits all" mittens are great for dusting.

Getting the grout between the tiles and getting corners on the floor. I generally tend to do that after it's been retired from doing teeth though.
