how to take vitamins?

hi all mylotters, i have been confused the way of us to take vitamins for a long time, as some told me i should take vitamin with empty stomauch while some told me not to do so. and also i heard from others said some vitamins cant mix together to take. it is confusing. i am not superstar nutritionists, but even how to take vitamins i also dunno how to ensure i am getting the maximum benefit for my health. do you all have any advice for me on this issue?? happy mylotting

basically vitamins is only a supplement for you in your diet which you can take it as an extra for your body. if you take a balance diet which consists of protein, carbohydrate, and vegetables & fruits. you did not that vitamins as in this diet you can get it from fruits and vegetables. so, if you want to get a good health you need to take a balance diet. you can take vitamins after that but its only for supplement if you think that your body really need it.

Vitamins is essential for our body. I suggest you take it after your breakfast. You can consult your doctor to find an effective vitamins that suits you best. Good luck!

You shouldn't take vitamins on an empty stomach. Take them with food, so you wont feel nauseous after.
