Tooth Fragments

I got a molar extracted last Monday. When I came home I noticed I had a chunk of tooth embedded in my gums. I know this is common but this one was really hurting and cutting into my cheek making it look all white. Upon messing with it further I felt it and it's huge! It seems like it's pretty deep in there. It's actually situated on the gum above the tooth next to the one that was pulled. I am going tomorrow to have him check it out. It just is bugging me to death it hurts really bad and it's affecting my eating which I don't like at all. Anyone else ever have a tooth fragment like this that ended up having to be removed?

angelface you should have dashed right back to your dentist
and told him what you have just told us. he cannot leave broken
'tooth in your jaw, that s not right.he did not finish his
job so make him make it right;that sounds really painful
and he needs to know he was negligent in dealing with your molar extraction. go as soon as you can., dont hurt anymore.
