i think it is always ok to have a moderated eating habits, and it is of course always good to have an increased exercise or work out routine. when you burn more than what you intake, that would mean you have at least an advantage in losing the extra weight.

I think there has to be a balance. A good diet is a very important part of staying fit and so is exercise. I think you need to control what you eat and exercice regurlarly to maintain your body shape. There is no point of overeating or eating junk food and then spend hours in the Gym. Its also important to choose the right food with good amounts of proteins, carbs etc.

i prefer both. i can get benefits form doing so. when i eat less, i get slimmer and when i work hard i get slimmer too and more financial aids will come. i always feel better when i eat less and work more. i just need foods that can provide me enrgy to work further and not getting dumpy and collapse after.

Both are wrong. You have to keep a balanced diet and exercise plan to be in great shape, eat the right carbohydrates, proteins etc etc. Have cardiovascular exercise left some weights. Eat healthy in other words. There no magic in being in shape, just as long as you are conscious of whats in your food and what part of your body needs to be toned that´s all you really need.
