How often do your wife clean your house?

I am just curious how often do your wife or domestic helper clean your house in a week. My eight month pregnant wife can still manage to do the cleaning everyday like sweeping and mopping the floor, dusting off our furnitures and appliances while taking good care of my two toddler kids. In a week she washes our laundry once, clean our bathroom, iron my clothes in short she can still do all the household choirs with her protruding tummy.
