In the Irish language there is only 18 letters verses 26 in the English way?
I never knew this until tonight and I'm Irish. I really never thought about other nationalities vocabularies like that. Has anyone else?

I didn't know that. I'm of Irish descent and I wasn't aware of it. Although I was born and grew up in Canada so that's probably why I wasn't aware that the Irish language only had 18 letters. I suppose that it could be a little easier to remember for kids and such.
