I'm not sure I get it.
Is it like when you go to a friends house, and they serve you dinner which you think in unedible, and then they ask you how is it. Are you going to be good by being honest. Or just be nice and keep you mouth shut.
This happened to me over the weekend. I just smiled, and I was very nice!

sometimes its better to be a little bad and be nice to keep a friend. But if they askn your honest opinion you should tell the truth.

I agree with you, but what is the main difference between nice and good?

wel the way it was explained to me was the con artist analogy. a con artist will be nice to his or her mark, making the makr trust them before they run off with their life savings. But are they really being good?

Oh this is a difficult one, especially as I have a friend that always tells me that good girls are bad
Being nice isn't always the best thing I feel. Sometimes being good is the better alternative but it isn't always nice and can sometimes be seen as being nasty. Beter to be straight to the point and be good rather than fake things by being nice and then having to explain your behaviour later on.
