do you believe that stress can make you look older than you actually are? A study of women who experience prolong stress revealed that changes in chromosomes within their cells added a 10 years equivalent of their actual age. When you are stress out, How do you mange your stress?

I do agree that people who are often stress may look older than their age. I think the stress will make a significant effect on our skin as well as our body. It is really important to handle stress well. There are a lot of ways to take out the stress. In my case, I usually have a massage, in some cases, I go out for a vacation with my family. Most often, I go to the beach and enjoy with my family.

Yes, you are right. It depends on us as to handle our stress. Once in a while we should give ourselves some pampering and let the stress out of our system. Otherwise, the stress will surely bring us down. Thanks for the BR award.

That's a good relaxation to stay away from stress. It is just a matter of how we deal with it.

Yes I agree with you. If you put you think of your problems all the time you might loss weight but looks older than your age. So it is better to look healthier but look younger than thinner but looks older because of stress. So just give a smile to all those stressful events in your life. It will just pass away.

Yes, you really look old with such a stressed-out face. With all the tensions, worries and problems, one feels bad and it would surely radiate in one's appearance. A happy person radiates youthfulness and beauty. Look at the children who do not have stress at all. They worry about nothing. All they do is eat, laugh and play. Aren't they a bunch of seemingly "unending" youth and beauty?

It is work that always stresses me. I am back into badminton again after a long absence of about 3 months. I admit being lazy during those times. It is really giving a lot of fun and enjoyment having to play with younger ones there. I laugh as I play with them. It brings out the child (again) in me and I love it. And, most importantly, exercise makes people look and feel younger.

Yes I agree with you sometimes works can make us stress especially when the boss is setting a deadline. I've been experiencing that and at the end of the day I felt that my body was so heavy and very tired, as in very stressed. That is why it is good to go out with friends or family and enjoy for a while. Playing your favorite sports is also good.
