Anyone have a list of countries/states allowed to participate in US contests?

I am looking for a good reliable source to find a list of countries/states allowed to participate in US contests? I eliminated a lot of obvious one's(and one's that seem to have very quirky laws regarding contests) but I don't want to hold a contest within the US that a state or country outside of the US or the US itself doesn't allow in the first place. Thanks in advance to those that might be able to help. I'm also looking for one's that might allow it but have weird laws associated with it that might make it a hassle.
The US Contests would be a no purchase necessary and there would most likely be a money prize.

to participate in US contests?
I am interested in this issue too.
I am always looking for some chances to take part in some of them.
But bad luck with me, I haven't got one.
Anyway, I will keep an eye on this case.

Well, you're from China and I haven't eliminated that country yet as i've found no laws saying that people from China cannot participate in the kind of contests I plan on running in the US. If you're interested, send me a PM and i'll give you an idea of some contests I have planned that at the moment is looking like you'll probably be able to participate in :)
