Do you wash clothes by hand?

Hi friends, when I was a student I hated washing clothes by hand and now that I have started working I got a new washing machine as my first shopping so as to save myself from the time consuming activities of washing clothes by hand. Also it saves a lot of water, is there anyone who prefers washing clothes by hand and think that washing clothes by hand makes them more cleaner than washing machine.

Hi hiredshd,Yes i do, sometimes when it is so important to wear,or clothes for special occasions. But most of the time, i used to wash our clothes by washing machines because it is so easy to use convinient too.While washing i can still do some of my house hold chores.Thanks,Good luck!

We dont have a washing machine so all our clothes were cleaned
by hands. Sometimes i feel that i am too lazy to clean the clothes because of time consuming and my hands are not smooth because of the detergent that it soaks my hand for more than an hour.

No, i hate it! any work that needed a detergent is my enemy. You are right one of our house helper before still wash our clothes by hands eventhough we have a washing machine. She said washing clothes by hand makes the clothes much cleaner compared to using washing machine. I use washing machine everytime i wash my clothes. It saves me alot of time, all i need to do is throw all the clothes inside the washer/dryer and wait. After it is done, i fold the newly washed clothes and send it straight back to my closet. Then i can start mylotting!

hand wash is tedious work for me especially when i don't have time but i admit hand wash it much better, but what the heck! i'm a guy lazy washing cloths with my hand...i just soak them overnight and spin in the morning and they are done..
